I had a very good experience purchasing my used class B RV from Blade. They kept their word on every aspect of the purchase. I still can't believe the excellent price on my unit. It happened to be the exact make and model I was looking for, right down to the color and accessories. I flew in all the way from Utah to pick it up. Mike the salesman never made a promise he couldn't keep. And Phil in service is just the most warm and personable guy to explain all systems to me, a first time RV buyer. The unit was not quite ready when I arrived. So it took another hour or two I wasn't planning on. That was the only minor downside. Didn't matter much to me. My impression is, there's a reason they have been in business for 100+ years. Great job guys.

I can't thank Brett enough for all his patience with us over the last 3 years while we tried to decide if we wanted to buy a Jayco Class C or keep trailering. Every time we stopped to look at Class C's Brett was always very friendly, never pressured us and so very knowledgeable about the Jayco product. We finally bought our Class C and couldn't be happier, but during the process some health issue developed and both Brett, Nick and service department made a difficult situation go very smoothly. Brett was vey helpful. We have an All Wheel Drive Safari Van that is limited in towing capacity. Brett took that into consideration and showed us some wonderful rv's. it all started with my grandson tripping and falling down the steps of and RV, the sales man Brett found us a few minutes later and wanted to make sure he was ok and gave him licorice. We talked about their RVs and then went on our way to look at more from different dealers, we eventually came back, looked at the toy hauler again and then went home. next day we came back to the RV show, Brett remembered us, at no time did we feel pressured. filled out our paper work and found out very quickly we qualified for a loan.no pressure, great service

I have camped my whole life, for the last 33 years with my husband. We have had motor homes for the last 15 years. He always did the wheeling and dealing when we purchased auto's and RV's. We had a 30 foot motor home but he passed away last summer and I had to sell it. I am not comfortable driving a rig that large. I was extremely nervous doing this on my own. My experience with them was amazing and they gave me a great deal and I didn't have to do some hard negotiation. We have been looking at camper trailers for some time now and after going to several dealerships we finally found Nick at Blade RV. Nick spent a good amount of time with us showing us around the various models and answering our many questions. We are first time RV owners and were looking for something just perfect. We would like to express our thanks and praise to all of the staff at Blade RV/Chevrolet in helping us purchase our Open Range Trailer and Silverado Truck this August/September. The entire staff was notably helpful, competent, and congenial making for a consistently pleasant purchasing experience. We would especially like to thank Nick Haussler for helping us choose the trailer and helping coordinate the entire deal from selection, through build, and delivery. His knowledge of RVs and the bewildering array of options available on the market were invaluable in making a selection to meet our unique needs. Nick was the best informed sales representative we met in our entire search. His diligence, patience, and congeniality matched our needs well. It was a complex set of choices that took many days to work through. Nick placed no pressure on us to close a deal, gave us time to think, and steadfastly persisted to find answers to our many evolving questions. It is rare that a new build arrives in less than 8 weeks, but Robin Brigge (RV Division GM) came in, on his day off and gave us a VIN within 24 hours. We showed up at the doorstep every week but we were always greeted amiably by other sales team members, Rod, Brett and John if Nick was away helping other clients. On the automotive side, Zane helped us rapidly learn what options and specifications we needed to seek in a pickup truck tailored for heavy towing. His colleague, Lee helped us close the deal. His efficient and practical advice helped us zero in on a used truck with the options needed for towing a heavy trailer at a price we could afford. He was effective, successful, and not overly aggressive in helping us find an advantageous financing solution. We need to thank Carl for pressing on inspection and pre-delivery work from the moment the new trailer arrived from the factory. We were in a costly bind and needed the trailer ASAP, Carl understood our predicament and organized his crew to help us take delivery before closing on Saturday afternoon, saving us from waiting until Tuesday. His colleague, Butch, spent nearly three hours giving us an orientation. He was thorough in training us to use the new rig and patiently answered every question while walking us through the use of the unfamiliar equipment. We visited several dealers before carrying through the purchase of our entire rig from Blade. Blade was highly competitive on prices and selection. Our search elsewhere only bolstered our confidence the we were making the right choice. Blade Chevrolet & RV excels in the quality of the staff and service. We were not really looking for an Open Range trailer when we stepped into the Evergreen RV show but Nick showed us everything they had that we were looking for as we were going full time with 4 kids and needed lots of room. He even suggested that we go see the model they had at their lot that was about to be delivered. We did and were lucky enough to see it during the delivery to its new owners. We fell in love with the brand and the model and never looked back. The delivery was almost on time time, but got slightly delayed due to midwest snowstorms which Blade RV could obviously not control. The delivery appointment was effortless and more then accommodating to some minor additions. I wish I would have taken a little more time with a fine tooth comb because of what I would call "factory build issues" but it is what it is. 3 weeks into our new adventure we have found some issues and Carl in the Service dept has been on top of communications and has been trying scheduling repairs as soon as possible Highly recommend this team for sales and servicing
